Community Based Instruction

Tristate Developmental Services is excited to offer various opportunities for community based instruction.  We feel that everyone should be able to take advantage of the activities a community provides.  Trips to a college basketball game, an afternoon fishing, or a bowling alley are some of the possible future opportunities.  We have a belief that economic status should not limit participation, so we hope to be able to offer discounts or reduced costs to activities that occur outside of Tristate Developmental Services.  Please click on each of the buttons below to complete the required forms if interested in participating in our activities.  Registration must be completed annually.
